ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has completed the auction of plots in Islamabad’s new Blue Area. According to the details, the last phase of the auction of New Blue Area Islamabad was also completed in connection with the realization of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s dream of promoting real estate and construction industry. An auction was held in this regard which was participated by large number of investment groups. The Capital Development Authority (CDA), the governing body of the federal capital, raised Rs. 27 billion from the auction.
In this auction, Sheikh Enterprises and Group, a well-known and popular organization of the city, won three plots. Sheikh Muhammad Amir, CEO of Sheikh Enterprises while talking to the ‘The Dayspring’ said that in addition to playing a significant role in the real estate industry we provided our compatriots with excellent opportunities for housing and business. We have completed successful projects in the city where commercial activities are going. Today our group has also acquired three plots in the new Blue Area where high construction masterpieces will be completed and provide all the facilities to our clients he added.
