Don’t go for shortcuts to get success: Gen Bajwa tells Youth

RAWALPINDI: Army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, while interacting with youth on Wednesday said that Pakistan is blessed with dynamic and talented youth and that the future of Pakistan belongs to them. He advised on the youth that not to opt for shortcuts in life in order to attain success.

The COAS made the remarks while interacting with students and young professionals taking part in the summer internship programme at ISPR, the military’s media wing.

He expressed full confidence in the youth, expecting them to play their due role in Pakistan’s prosperity.

“Pakistan had been subjected to numerous challenges especially during the last two decades,” an ISPR statement quoted COAS as saying.

“Pakistani nation and its armed forces have forcefully withstood the challenges and in that youth has played a lead role.”

The COAS advised the youth to have confidence in themselves, as well as, adhering to merit and following the rule of law.
