India should come up with real confidence building measures as time and again she has ditched the dialogues and went on to pander the feeling of the masses creating war hysteria.
The Kashmir issue has been on United Nations agenda for over seven decades and now enough is enough, it is time India should take the initiative. Pakistan made enough efforts for resolving the dispute and showed restraint on many occasions..
The world is now pointing fingers at India which is believed to be the root cause of all the mess in the region with its expansionist designs.
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi after visiting America where Palestinian issue was highlighted at United Nations Security Council took a lot of unwanted attention for his remarks on Cable News Network (CNN). Qureshi while giving out details showed displeasure on a query which has been aired by the opposition quarters accusing PM Khan making a deal on Kashmir. Qureshi vehemently denied the opposition propaganda and retorted with an elaborate answer which encompassed Prime Minister Imran Khan’s effort in highlighting the Kashmir issue at the world platforms.
Qureshi gave out the details where India made many maneuvers to change the public opinion and failing miserably in getting the results. The Pulwama drama in 2019 backfired and orchestrated airstrike on Pakistan which was replied forth with India losing two of its Mig 21 jets.
One jet crashed in Indian territory and second got shattered in Pakistan’s air space. The pilot Abhinandan was captured and later with Geneva protocols was handed back to the India.
There has been so much done by India to poison its public that intense hatred resulted in Muslims getting killed on many an occasions. The hysteric mob has lynched many a minorities on many a false pretexts. All these fake opinion shifting dramas got exposed one after the other and Pakistan on its principle stance was acknowledged the world over.
The diplomatic efforts ensued on different occasions and not long ago the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia with the backing of US offered arbitration role between Pakistan and India.
India agreed for Group Dialogue as earlier Indian PM Modi along with state media made all out efforts in molding public opinion and the result was evident with Modi getting re-elected.
The failed air strike was used on the pretext of gaining the votes and Modi won. The current situation in India depicts a totally changed scenario and the tables have turned on the Indian government.
The peace initiative on Kashmir has made the two sides meet in UAE dully supported and backed by Saudi Arabia and US.
The world is watching with great anticipation as what happens next the two countries are equipped with nuclear arsenal and both sides have public that have very high sentiments on Kashmir.
India is currently under heavy criticism from the United Nations, the Human Rights Commission, the European Human Rights Council, Genocide Watch and regional human rights organizations.
