ISLAMABAD: Fahd Haroon, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Public Communication and Digital Platforms, has called for urgent action to address the significant gap in digital skills within Pakistan’s workforce. Speaking at the launch of Google Career Certificates 2.0 in Pakistan, Haroon emphasized the importance of providing courses in Business Intelligence, Advanced Data Analytics, and Cyber Security to empower the youth and make them part of the global workforce. The official also acknowledged Google’s commitment to Pakistan’s digital growth by introducing these new courses.
