Talking to multicultural media, Ellyse Perry, Captain Sydney Sixers & Allana King, Captain Perth Scorchers expressed their excitement towards WBBL and said they look forward to the matches.
Ellyse Perry, Captain Sydney Sixers:

WBBL Season 9 consists of 8 teams.
The tournament commences on October 19, 2023 with the final showdown scheduled for December 2, 2023 at SCG.
