Concerns regarding the Mental and Physical Health of FSc students in Pakistan

Letter to EditorConcerns regarding the Mental and Physical Health of FSc students in Pakistan

It is disheartening to witness the physical and mental challenges faced by F.S.C students in Pakistan, stemming from the cramming-based education system. The pressure of extensive syllabi, coupled with emphasis on memorization leads to an enormous burden on students. Physically, the sedentary lifestyle causes headaches, fatigue, and posture-related problems. The lack of hostile learning hampers students’ skills and creativity. Authorities must reevaluate our education system and prioritize the mental and physical health of students.
