In this world, from the very first day of humankind in this primitive era to this Artificial Intelligence era, there are deep changes in social, political, economic, and psychological frameworks. There was a time when people lived and enjoyed life with joy and thrill without the extra baggage of anxiety, depression, and other mental ailments. However, the picture in today’s century is different altogether because people are becoming frustrated, deprived, and psychologically disturbed. Even young children are committing suicide, feeling misunderstood and unsupported.

However, unequal wealth distribution and marginalization of social and economic groups have disrupted people’s peace of mind, leading to psychological issues like social media pressures, deteriorating ethics, and discontent.
