The Director General Military Operations from both India and Pakistan have established a contact via hotline and the world is viewing the development with fingers crossed.

The two sides have shown seriousness in the dialogue and have discussed ways and means to minimize the tension at the Line of Control which has seen a number of casualties over the past two grim decades.

The ceasefire accord comes at a time when Indian war hysteria has taken the top curve. The internal strife faced by the Modi regime which is faced with ‘Farmers Movement’ has put India at the glaring global focus.

India has a very tattered human rights record, and minorities in particular are faced with a dilemma which is life threatening and Modi regime always try to hoodwink the world when it has issues internally.

The two countries Pakistan and India have fought four wars and have a long standing dispute over Kashmir are both viewed internationally as daggers drawn.

The region is considered a nuclear flash point as both countries have conducted the nuclear tests which were successful. The world went abuzz with concern as how the two warring nations can be brought on the table to bring peace in the region.

Both the countries have considerable population living below poverty line and the two after the blast made it clear that not all is over.Kashmir is one area which has been a long standing issue which to-date stands alive in the United Nations and there has been no peaceful settlement in sight since long.

Prime Minister Imran Khan offered peace initiative to Modi regime on many an occasion and PMIK stance for peace in the region is globally appreciated and accepted but sadly his efforts failed to make the desired impact on the Modi regime.

The latest development between the Director General Military Operations establishing a contact with numerous undertakings from both the sides is viewed as big breakthrough.

The past record of Modi Regime in seven years in its war phobia have made line of control violations  numbering in many a thousands and the ceasefire accord that was duly agreed in 2003 was thrown aside when Modi took over as premier. There has been over 300 civilians casualties on LOC since 2014 which include mortar shelling besides gun fire.

Pakistan practicing restrain on every occasionhas kept peaceful demeanor on every occasion which was misconstrued as a weakness. Modi led government in its tall claims made a loud war cry sending war planes which were intercepted in midair and were destroyed by the Pakistan air force.

The Indian pilot AbhiNandan captured by Pakistan was handed back to the Indian government whose comment ‘tea is fantastic’ started a trend worldwide.

A ‘tea party’ is also scheduled in different areas and it is believed that Indian government should keep its hegemonic designs to itself as the storm in the teacup raised was gulped down without a burp in the past.
